The room block at the Holiday Inn is filling up, but there are still rooms available. If you call asking for a "double room" (2 double beds) and they tell you the block is full, ask if there are any "king rooms" available.
As long as there are still kings available, you can reserve a king room now and have put a note on the reservation saying that you prefer a double. That way, if someone cancels or another block releases double rooms, you'll get the room you want. (If all fails, roll away beds are only $10/night.)
If you call and they say there are absolutely no more rooms available, give either of us a call and we'll talk with the hotel to extend the block.
